I’ve recently had the opportunity to photograph some yummy squishy newborns. I LOVE them! I love to snuggle them, soothe them, and capture their cute expressions. There is nothing better than holding a newborn! I think it’s giving me baby fever! Shhhh…don’t tell my husband!

Wedding Bells – I Heart Faces

This week at I ♥ Faces we are hearing wedding bells! Luckily, I have shot one, count it, ONE wedding as a second shooter. I have about 5 favourite shots from this wedding but this is probably at the top of the list. I feel it shows the great love the bride (my friend) has for her sweet daughter.

Let’s hear it for the boys! (I Heart Faces)

This week, it’s all about the boys at I ♥ Faces. My kids entry is not my kid (I only have girls) but he’s a very good friend’s son. He is a sweet boy and full of wonder for the world around him.

Have you seen this man? He’s 6′3″, 220 lbs, and crazy as a loon! If you see him, do not startle him. Gently approach and calmly ask him if he is lost. If you can, lead him home. Thank you!

I ? Faces Sepia Toned

This weeks theme is sepia tone. I had a hard time choosing because my favourite sepia toned pictures have already been submitted for other categories! Shame on me for not planning ahead! I have a hard time because I prefer sepia to be used in pictures to give them an old time feel, so the pictures subject should have an old time style, as well.
For my adult category, I chose this picture that I took over 4 years ago on a trip to Colonial Williamsburg. I love this picture and had never tried it in Sepia. I think it looks good this way!

My children’s category entry is just a close up shot of my younger daughter and one of her many silly faces.
